[American Fork City] New Meter Set

WELCOME TO AMERICAN FORK!

This is a utility application for the purpose of setting a meter for new construction. This application should not be completed until the meter is completely ready to be set. You need to have the correct box and lid installed, the box needs to be cleaned out and free of rocks and debris, the address needs to be clearly marked on the unit or in the box. The immediate area needs to be free of machinery, scaffolding, debris, & trash. After recieving an application, a work order is created. If a work order is created and our water crew is dispatched to set a meter that is not ready to be set, a fine previously approved by the city council and included in the current fee schedule, will be assessed per meter. The meter set application should not be submitted until you are 2 weeks out from your final inspection. There is a $30 application fee. You will need to complete a seperate application for each culinary water meter. Pressurized irrigation meters for common area will require a seperate application.
